these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website, you agree to comply with these terms.
Products and Services
Healycrafty, as a sub-brand of Inventuries, offers digital products such as lettering magazines,
crafting materials, and creative wellness resources. Each purchase allows a maximum of two
downloads
per product.
Payments
Payments on the Website are processed through the Culqi payment gateway, ensuring secure
transactions.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are not offered once the product has been
downloaded.
Return Policy
However, return requests will be accepted in the following cases:
- Billing errors or duplicate charges.
- Technical issues preventing access or download of the purchased product.
- Unauthorized charges made through our payment gateway (Culqi).
To request a return, the customer must contact our support team within 7 calendar days from the
transaction date, providing the corresponding proof of payment.
Approved returns will be processed through Culqi and credited back to the same payment
method used by the customer, within an estimated period of 15 to 30 days, depending on the bank
or financial entity.
Liability
Healycrafty is not responsible for the incorrect or improper use of the products purchased on
the
Website, nor for limitations derived from the user’s technical settings.
Modification of the Terms and Conditions
Healycrafty reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications
will take effect immediately upon publication on the Website.
